Fika Productions and Team17 Digital have announced that the free update “Project Alfie” will be released on April 24th for the critically acclaimed two-player co-op roguelite game “In the Same Boat”! In addition, two new DLC characters will also be available on the same day!

New Free Update “Alphy's Progress”

Welcome new partners Pelly and Alphy! The best of “crime and construction” have landed on the islands, determined to fix every broken building!

Players will collect building materials on their journey and bring them back to the Great Lighthouse for Alphy to build power-ups. And what about Paley? She'll lay mysterious “eggs” with time-warping powers - each with optional gameplay modifiers to add a touch of “silly chaos” to your voyage!

The first egg is: Pew Pew Mode!

Replaces all 400+ sound effects and 32 full music tracks in the game with the “original vocals” of the development team! What started out as an April Fool's Day joke in 2023 has become one of the most outrageous but joyful modes in the game, thanks to the passion of composer Philippe Grant and the entire team.

Simultaneous release of “Together in the Boat: Shipwrecked Edition”!

We're also releasing the “Together We Stand: Together We Send Edition” combo pack, which includes the game, soundtrack, and four character packs for a total of 18 adorable and silly characters!
